Welcome to the 2025 SCDBA Winter Bowls Carnival
ENTRY FORM
- In the spaces below you must enter your team’s contact-person details – Name, Email , Mobile, Postcode.
- Select the events you wish to enter, entering the names of players in your team/s. If you require a player please enter player required or if you are still deciding on a team member enter we will advise ,in the position you require the player.
- The first nominated club has the first fill & once full, the second nominated club will be used, followed by the 3rd if required.
- If you wish to enter more than 1 team into any event, just click onto the add entry icon and add the additional team/teams.
- As each team is inserted, the system will show a green tick.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on “Get Total Price”. The entry fees will be collected on the day of each event entered. Facilities will be available at that Club for you to pay cash or EFT.
- Now click on the BLUE “SEND”. The system will show a message stating that the entry has been sent. If there is a field missing it will alert you.

“Entry Fee is $25.00 per player per event” ** Every player wins $10.00 in every game won, apart from the Major Prize per event. **
